My online flow classes are mixed level and taught in a Vinyasa style, linking movement to breath. These classes will help you to maintain and build on strength, flexibility and mobility in your body while bringing a sense of calm to the mind.

Each class is a unique combination of postures following a different theme each week. Themes could be physically focussed, such as hip opening, releasing tension, spine health or balance etc. To enhance students knowledge of their yoga practice, I also base classes around the eight limbs of yoga, the chakras or elements.

My classes are easy to follow online so you can practice from the comfort of your own home. I offer options and modifications so that every body can take part, beginners welcome!
