Intention Setting
Breathwork
Meet in the Project Space at Parndon Mill at 09:30am for a warm welcome with light refreshments.
To start our morning, I will guide you through an intention setting practice and a breathwork exercise that will set the tone for the retreat.

10:00am
Mindful Walk
Outdoor Yoga (weather permitting)
We will continue our morning with a gentle, meditative & mindful walk to begin to warm the body and connect to nature and the feeling of being fully present.
The physical part of the morning continues with a yoga practice that is suitable for all levels of experience. The movement is designed to shift and release tension, energise the body and calm the mind. If the weather is on our side, we will practice on the lawn overlooking the river.

Meditation
Gentle Stretch
The final part of the morning will be an opportunity to enhance the benefits of the physical practices with a guided relaxation to regulate the nervous system. We will finish with a gentle stretch to wake the body once again and leave feeling energised, ready to take on summer!
No experience is needed for any of the practices. I will guide you through each and offer options to advance or enhance your experience further. Come as you are! All you need is an open mind.
You are welcome to come solo or with a friend/ family member. Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water.
