09:45am- Intention setting & breathwork practice

10:00am: Mindful walk in nature

10:30am- Outdoor yoga practice (weather permitting)

11:30am- Solar plexus meditation

Manifest: Summer Retreat

Harness the light and positive energy of summer to begin manifesting your intentions and deepest hopes & desires. This retreat will set you on a journey of manifestation with practical tools and rituals you can take into your day-to-day.

10:15am- Energising walk in nature

10:45am- Outdoor yoga practice (weather permitting)

Surrender: Autumn Equinox Retreat

Time to soften into Autumn. A morning to slow down, surrender, embrace comfort and calm. If rest is generally at the bottom of your priority list, then this retreat is for you.

Schedule:

09:30am- Welcome & refreshments

09:45am- Grounding breathwork and meditation

10:15am- Gentle walk in nature

11:00am- Restorative yoga flow*

11:40am- Gratitude practice

*yoga may be indoor or outdoor depending on the weather

No experience is needed for any of the retreats or practices involved. Come as you are! All you need is an open mind.

You are welcome to come solo or with a friend/ family member. Please bring your own mat (or let me know if you would like to borrow one for the day) and a bottle of water.

Retreat mornings are £35.

Free parking is available on site, right outside The Project Space.
