Yoga & Nourish Morning Retreat

Start your day with intention, movement, and mindful nourishment by joining me for this yoga breakfast event designed to nourish your body and uplift your energy.

We’ll begin with a one‑hour yoga flow suitable for all levels—an energising blend of breath, stretch, strength and balance to awaken your whole body.

After yoga, enjoy a wholesome breakfast crafted to nourish from the inside out. Expect a delicious spread featuring homemade granola, creamy chia pudding, vibrant smoothies, and other fresh, feel‑good dishes. It’s the ideal moment to slow down, connect, and savour nutritious food in a relaxed setting.

Come for the movement, stay for the food, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead. This session offers the perfect balance of calm and vitality to ease you into the day. All are welcome.

Yoga & Bloom Morning Retreat

A morning designed to refresh your body, clear your mind, and inspire your intentions for the months ahead. This morning retreat brings together movement, nature, and creativity to help you realign and begin again.

We’ll start with a refreshing walk, taking in the colours, scents and softness of the season as we reconnect with nature and ourselves.

After our walk, we'll practice an energising yoga flow (outside on the green if the spring weather blesses us). Following our flow, I will guide you through a short meditation to awaken and balance the energy centres in the body.

The morning will close with an intention‑setting session through vision boards. You’ll have time and space to reflect on what you want to cultivate this spring, using imagery, words and creativity to bring your goals and dreams to life.

This retreat is a chance to pause, breathe, and step forward feeling renewed, inspired and connected.
