Yoga & Bloom Morning Retreat
A morning designed to refresh your body, clear your mind, and inspire your intentions for the months ahead. This morning retreat brings together movement, nature, and creativity to help you realign and begin again.
We’ll start with a refreshing walk, taking in the colours, scents and softness of the season as we reconnect with nature and ourselves.
After our walk, we'll practice an energising yoga flow (outside on the green if the spring weather blesses us). Following our flow, I will guide you through a short meditation.
The morning will close with an intention‑setting session through vision boards. You’ll have time and space to reflect on what you want to cultivate this spring, using imagery, words and creativity to bring your goals and dreams to life.
Refreshments will be provided and you'll take a wellness goodybag away with you.
This retreat is a chance to pause, breathe, and step forward feeling renewed, inspired and connected.
