Asset Fitness at Harlow Town FC

An evening yoga flow class taught in a hatha vinyasa style where we focus on the mind-body-breath connection. Classes are mainly movement focussed with time set aside for relaxation/meditation at the start and end of the session.

In each class we will explore different yoga postures that will provide physical benefits of strength, flexibility, mobility, stamina, balance and more.

You can also expect to benefit the mind by reducing stress and anxiety, feeling calmer on and off the mat, improving focus and sense of inner peace.

Classes are easy to follow for beginners, whether you are joining in the studio or online from home. Each class is led by a theme that will help to connect the physical, mental and emotional benefits of your yoga practice. ​​​​

Pregnancy Yoga with Birth Prep & Hypnobirthing

Wednesdays at 6:45pm

The Parent Hood of Harlow

Join me for the perfect fusion of prenatal yoga and practical hypnobirthing techniques to support a positive mindset on your journey towards motherhood.

In each class we will explore the benefits of movement, breathwork, positive affirmations and mindfulness during pregnancy and in preparation for birthing and becoming a mother.

We will practice hypnobirthing techniques and prepare mentally and physically for birth and motherhood.

Classes are ideal to start during your second or third trimester and you can continue to practice throughout your pregnancy to gain maximum benefit as well as confidence in using the tools and techniques we will practice.

The Parent Hood of Harlow

A collaboration between Miranda Jane Yoga and The Parent Hood, this class offers movement and connection in those early days of motherhood.

Classes are designed for postnatal mothers to rebuild strength, ease tension in the body, support mental wellbeing and socialise with other mums in a safe and encouraging environment.

Baby is welcome to join you on the mat as you explore some gentle movement, reconnect to your body and breath and learn techniques that you can take away with you.

Retreats and Special Events

Locations around Harlow

On various dates throughout the year, I offer retreat mornings and special events. These are opportunities to deepen your yoga practice and experience holistic practices that aim to enhance your overall wellbeing. That being said, you do not need any prior experience, just an open mind.

Previous retreats and events have included yoga, time in nature, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, intention setting, gratitude practice, affirmations.

Each event is different and is planned around a specific theme, guided by the type of energy that I'd like you to leave with.
