Service Description

A morning designed to refresh your body, clear your mind, and inspire your intentions for the months ahead. This morning retreat brings together movement, nature, and creativity to help you realign and begin again. We’ll start with a refreshing walk, taking in the colours, scents and softness of the season as we reconnect with nature and ourselves. After our walk, we'll practice an energising yoga flow (outside on the green if the spring weather blesses us). Following our flow, I will guide you through a short meditation to awaken and balance the energy centres in the body. The morning will close with an intention‑setting session through vision boards. You’ll have time and space to reflect on what you want to cultivate this spring, using imagery, words and creativity to bring your goals and dreams to life. This retreat is a chance to pause, breathe, and step forward feeling renewed, inspired and connected.​​​ Date & Time: Saturday 9th May 09:30am-12:00pm Location: Parndon Mill, Harlow Free parking in the venue carpark is available. Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking online. There are no refunds once a space has been paid for. You can transfer a yoga class by giving 48 hours notice. You can transfer a retreat by giving 7 days notice. Miranda Jane Yoga reserves the right to cancel or amend the schedule and will offer a refund or alternative session if this is the case. By booking this class/retreat/programme, I confirm that; I understand that my participation is at my own risk and is fully voluntary. I assume full responsibility for any risk, injury or damages that I may sustain. I therefore agree that Miranda Jane Yoga will not be held liable for any injuries, loss or damages that arise from participation. I will inform the teacher prior to participating in class if I have a heart condition, high/low blood pressure, an injury, had recent surgery, am pregnant, am taking any prescribed medications or have any other condition that could affect my yoga practice. I understand that Miranda Jane Yoga may, from time to time, take photographs and footage during sessions for use in promotional materials and on social media. I will inform my teacher prior to class if I do not consent to this.
